Recently won this on ebay. Citation Delegate, which I'd never heard of before. If anyone is familiar with Citation, please fill me in. More pics to come.

Hit the jackpot and found a montecristi in 7 1/2 with a 5 1/2 crown and 3 brim. This is indeed a rarity compared to the low crown hats they make today.

This one may be sold or traded as I was hoping for a more lighter color, Plus the brim maybe more than I normally wear. This is a big gun for sure.

Thanks Alan . It's originally from the montecristi hat company in Sant fe, NM according to the sweatband that I removed ,Believe it or not it was sized down to a 7 1/4 .

A private label derby made for Concord, NH clothier Brown & Batchelder. Deeply scooped curl, 4 1/2" crown with very little bell, 1 1/2" ribbon without bow. Maker (union shop) is unknown. Lovely soft peach fuzz finish - 4 oz. weight. The previous owner (label), a lifelong resident of Chichester, NH died in 2012 at 92. The hat hasn't journeyed far during its 100 years until now.

I don't know much about the Stylepark company but I own a few and quality wise they are some of the better vintage hats I've owned. I don't think this one has ever been worn so it's in fantastic shape. It has a 2 5/8" brim with 5/16" light olive grosgrain bound edge and a 5 1/2" open crown which is wrapped in a 1 5/8" forest green grosgrain ribbon. Inside the hat has an oilskin liner protector and an unreeded leather sweatband. I'm thinking this one is from the early to mid 40s!
