Thanks a lot for sharing this. I don't think I've ever seen a brim-stitching quite like this one. Double row in contrast color - and then chain-stitches (I'm not quite sure of the English term). Very interesting! Thank you - and congratulations :)

Snagged another woolie for $28.95 shipped off ebay, considered to be 'grey' by the manufacturer,( located in that place that built the Great Wall). Used hot water and fingerwork to switch the center dent pinch to a tear drop, ditched the feather, and am considering a re-ribbon with some rayon grosgrain. Must say I like stingies, funny given my fondness for the campaign hats and their wide brims.
