Thank you, B!I have seen your IG pages and pages. Total sensory overload one after another, on and on to infinity. The Eveready Bunny of hats!

That is a major bummer, Bob, because you could really carry it well. Thanks everyone! BTW, Dale, at 7-1/8 it doesn't suit my head very well at all.

In an envelope? Ouch! You did a great job bringing it back to shape. Enjoy it!Just got my first Borsalino in the mail from France last night. They sent it flattened out in an envelope, can you believe it ? After a lot of work last night and drying over night it looks pretty good today after brushing again and bashing.
Felt is amazing though, and sweat is pretty decent.

Wow!
Thanks Hector. Yeah, it was even torn open when I received it
The hat police need to pay that seller a visit, Bob.What were they thinking?
I specifically asked this seller to ship in a box big enough so that the brim would not be bent as the curl would be hard to redo. Then they charged a $10 handling fee.

I'm gonna' go with, "How can I get this to the buyer with the least amount of out-of-pocket expense?"...I just don't understand some people. Whatever you're selling, pack it so it arrives in a condition you'd expect anything you'd ordered to arrive in. What's not to understand?
I agree Bob: what were they thinking? Not much it would appear!
Yep, that's about right, Zee. So sad. Wouldn't be a seller I'd do business with again.I'm gonna' go with, "How can I get this to the buyer with the least amount of out-of-pocket expense?"
If only some of these sellers could be charged a reshaping fee! What were they thinking?
