Johann Hückel´s Söhne "Crystall Velour", measures 57cm, Crown Open 5 1/2 inches, Brim 2 inches probably later 1930s. The light green Velour is very high quality and easily dry creases. The paper label is missing. The color will photograph better under natural light.

My auction haul arrived. A bit worse for wear due to the packing, but they all needed cleaning and blocking anyway.

I’m stoked that the Stetson and Malrov fit well and the Dobbs and Astor fit well enough!

I thought the Stetson might be a Feather Weight, but it is a Tropic Weight (the auction photo was fuzzy).

Gonna need help dating these.

Thanks but you should wear that sucker if it fits. I have one. They are hard to find and i think the Rainbow embroidered liner is one of the coolest of all. Right there with the Last drops. Imho. But if and when.

New Worth&Worth Venezia just arrived. Inside the heavy cardboard box was a nifty zippered carrier with a handle, nice for travel. Wish I knew more about photography, I have a hard time capturing the wonderful rich dark navy color of this hat. Fits and feels like a dream.

Quite the haul, Bob! Great job. That heather Astor is gorgeous, and the tropic weight is great. That size tag puts it in the 1920s, doesn't it? All of those look great.
