And, Nicholas, I will try to shoot some more pics of the Stuart (minus Pyrenean background).

First of all, great jacket! Looks good on you. But, I was going to comment how great the background was. I was going to ask for a wide angle shot, so we could see the fantastic scenery. :D

It's the Spanish Basque country, if anyone is interested. I'm a professional smuggler.

Amazing jacket! Brown is the new black. And I like that it is to button.

Thanks for the compliments, fellas. The hat is a Gatsby from the extraordinary Bates Gentlemen's Hatter, on Jermyn St, in London. If you are ever visiting, and are a hat fan, drop in. It's like something out of Dickens, feels unchanged for at least a century. And their hats come in all sizes, with small increments between them.

Definitely a Luftwaffe fighter pilot look going down there!! You look as though you have just landed your 109 at your base near the Pas de Calais!! fantastic.

Just as a matter of interest and whilst on the subject of Bates hatters, I have a WW2 RAF officer's forage cap made by them....very good quality with printed, what looks like silk lining with their logo/name on it so looks like they turned their hand to hats of all natures as and when the time arose.

Great to see them still trading after all these years especially with the current economic climate which as damaged many long standing businesses.

Hello Sir J.

Really sorry to see you're selling your Stuart. That pic of you wearing the jacket in the Pyrenees put the Aero Stuart on the map.
I'm sure many other Loungers agree..............terrific fit, your many customizations that were well thought out; man that jacket was you!
Best of luck with your future Aero; pics are a must!

Best regards, coffee

Yup, agreed. But, as my closet attests to, I am never satisfied. I always think "this is the one I'll stop with" and BOOM - another one to hang up.
It's a bit of a sickness. I think I best start weeding before fall...
