"We also inspect the sewing from various angles and take care to ensure sufficient strength.

One of them is this sewing machine pitch (interval between needles).

At first glance, you might think that the finer the sewing machine pitch, the more precise and sophisticated the sewing technique, but in reality, it's the opposite.

Overwhelming technical skills are required to sew with a certain amount of wide space and apply tension firmly.

Sewing with a fine pitch can be deceived as if the stitching is more stable, but if the pitch is wide, the stitch line will look rickety even with a slight bend.

Furthermore, the fact that the sewing machine pitch (number of stitches) is large increases the possibility that the leather will be cut from the sewing part because it looks like a perforated line.

Especially when making full-fledged riders with vegetable tanned leather, it is necessary to give sufficient consideration to this sewing machine pitch."

Langlitz sized stitch counts is making a come back in Japan?

Newest Rainbow Country collaboration with Mushmans, a bit weird, this is a vest that's designed to be worn over an A2 jacket...

Flathead, Real McCoy's and Schott

Probably the nicest jackets I was able to try in Japan, also found out I'm a 42 and not 44 like I had thought... (Probably a 44 in some of the smaller fitting brands). I didn't end up buying any, was hoping to get a Rainbow Country but it sold the week before I was able to make it to the store.
