It's just his opinion on the history of the Elvis jacket. He's peddling old Harleys not old jackets.

It does seem like 90s was the golden times for buying leather jackets, both vintage and modern makers.

May be the wrong place for this but thought it was interesting. General Douglas MacArthur pictured 1950, those men knew how to style their uniforms. Sold in 2010 for $32,500. Gotta be the most expensive leather jacket sold.
