To all our young people, I'm hiring concession-stand kids at the movie theatre. A singing popcorn girl would be especially welcome.

One word my friends, "Monorail"! We need a monorail, like at the zoo or something. I got guys to pour the concrete, bombardier can make us some cars or something, that look like a diner, or a mars lander or something.

Don't worry about the price, I can trade some of that off in real estate. It's gonna' be the town of the future!

Would this town have any use for a pompous Classical Archaeologist and gourmet? In a pinch I could arrange a poorly organised trip into the jungles of Mesoamerica, losing two thirds of the company but returning with some terrific stories.
