Maybe I'm wrong but it seems interest in sharing much information here is becoming limited.
Beauty.
I'd contact Mike @ Northwest re the ribbon,he's a great guy to deal with.Where can I find info on photo size ....? I tried to post a couple hats I have but they were rejected.
Forgot to mention what good looking example of a M1902 that is...nice job. (Where can I find some ribbon?)
thats a beauty , is the edge of the brim folded under??
just word of advice , it can be areal hassle makeing up those hats ,and if you havnet got a sewing machine ,and by the time you track down the correct ribbon etc it can turn into an expensive exercise, , you are probly better off spending 93. 50 at the quartermaster depot, and then you get what you want ,with no hassles , cheersWhere can I find info on photo size ....? Yup, Mike did the underwelt.
This has got to be the best i've seen.
Mike has very reasonable prices.
So much work to make these. the star, the ribbon, the welt, the edge stitching plus in a better felt that will not shrink.
unfortunately not mine, but i have two very unique ones made by him
this should pass muster
