Great work on all of them, Bill.
Beauties all, Bill, and Mike's work looks impeccable.I have 6 hats coming from Northwest on which Mike did various degrees of refurbishment.
1) A sahara ArtLite that received a new vintage ribbon.

2) A Peters Bros hemp received a new vintage ribbon treatment.

3) A vintage Knox panama that had the pug replaced with an interesting vintage ribbon. The colors in the picture does not do this justice. Mike also re-blocked the crown to add the pinches.

4) A 40s Royal Stetson DeLuxe that was cleaned and re-blocked. It’s a camel color that I think looks peach in person.

5) A vintage Tom ‘n’ Jerry (50s) that was cleaned and re-blocked. Love the spiral stitching on the brim. Does anybody know how that was done back in the day?

6) Last but definitely not the least my 50s Borsalino muflone Lontra. All Mike did on this was press out the wrinkles.

I find it interesting that nobody attempts to do it today.Beauties all, Bill, and Mike's work looks impeccable.
I figured a spiral brim just takes a steady eye, hand and foot (or knee) on a sewing machine.
The spiral crowns are what have me scratching my head.

Mike is working on a duplex for me. Today I received this picture with the caption "It's wedding day".

I provided the narrow brim Montecristi.Looks great, Bill. Did you provide two donor hats or is Mike providing the felt and the straw?
A couple more pictures from Mike of the happy couple now joined together. These are pretty low quality pictures but you get the idea. I'll post better pictures when I get it next week. I supplied the vintage ribbon. As you can see it is unusual.Mike is working on a duplex for me. Today I received this picture with the caption "It's wedding day".

This showed up today. Montecristi / Granite combo Duplex. It has a 1/2" over welt with 5 rows of stitching. The ribbon looks even better than I thought it would.A couple more pictures from Mike of the happy couple now joined together. These are pretty low quality pictures but you get the idea.
