I found this site recently through a yahoo search for fedoras. I placed an order for one, which arrived today. I think it's a great hat for the money. It's supposedly made of "litefelt", which retains its shape. Possible, I guess, but I wouldn't squish this thing into a suitcase and expect great results.
The hat was (and is) on sale for $33.99. I just went back and bought the other three colors. The color choices are a little flashy, which works well as a compliment to my usually subdued vintage collection. Hell, for this price, buy them as gifts for hat skeptics. It's a fairly heavy hat... even unlined and with a cloth sweat it weighs five ounces. The wool is very soft... almost floppy. One note about sizing: if mine is any indication, these run a bit small. I am a smallish 7 5/8, and the XL fits me well. If anything, it's on the tight side.
By the way, the hat is on sale for $33.99, but did not show up that way when I checked out. I had to call customer service (very friendly) and have them adjust my total.
Hope I'm not stepping on the toes of any of our FL regular vendors.
