That's a great, classic looking half belt! Not a pattern I've seen before, looks similar to the Ventura but with a bit of the Aero Hercules pattern at the front - very nice indeed! If it's the same horsehide as my Ventura, you will find it breaks in quite quickly. Congratulations and enjoy!

I am in love....can't wait to see what JC ( that's not Jesus Christ..but he could be) comes up with in the rest of the 'California Sportswear" line. Personally I would like to see him tackle the 'Grizzly'..now that would be very special. I may send him a warm email and ask. No harm in trying. We need another 'local' maker of these great jackets, other than the usual suspects...

I just had a chance to spend some time with John today, and looked at a number of really, really beautiful jackets. After owning Aero, Lost Worlds and various other high end makes, I am blown away by the quality of this man's work. I've got a jacket on order and CAN'T WAIT to get it.
