I'm going for a Rugged Rider in XS/36 with slightly longer sleeves, much shorter body (I'd say it is speced way too long for the stock size) and extra taper in the waist area. Haven't fully confirmed the order - Leilah is super busy recently.

I agree, the body length on the jacket is a little too long on the stock model. Which length did you go with?

I don't see how this can be called a half-belt at all. Both the cinch location and shoulder gussets make it impossible to consider it a half belt for me, even if there is a extra strip of leather at the waist level that we don't see in the photos. I'm a bit surprised that Leilah decided to call it a half-belt, seems like she should know better. But perhaps I'm in the wrong in this case. And again photos with fancy lighting don't give a good idea of how the leather would actually look like in real life. Looks absolutely fantastic though!

That is true. I would reference Aero design for a half belt. This is far from that.

All the pics of the cordovan steerhide have been under indoor light with filter added but I bet they look fanstatic regardless.

I'm still waiting for some pictures of the cordovan under different lighting from Leilah :)
I really want to see how it actually looks like instead of all the filtered fancy marketing shots before fully committing. I'm sure it is amazing in real life as well, but this case is leaning slightly into the potential misrepresentation category of presenting your wares. Seems to me like in the past none of her jackets or leathers were presented with so much investment in photography and making them look as good as possible. Even the photoshoot with the Glen Power dude was was done under natural lighting. Not criticizing at all, I understand that it's a good investment and a good way to attract more customers.

The teacore black looks pretty nice in these photos as well. Hmm..

Another good example are these photos - that ain't lining - that's the natural veg tan flesh side. Have you seen completely white veg tan? Well Leilah said that in reality it's not white at all, it's normal veg tan color. Looks completely white in these photos though. Again - not criticizing - the photos make the leather look incredible! But they do seem to distort quite a bit as well.

This is probably the kind of picture you want as opposed to this

You can certainly see the difference with the color grading through her editing process.

I am eagerly waiting for the pic of the cordovan steerhide under natural light as well.

I think she's still lurking in here often as she might have read your comment. Now it is The Sentinel, apparently.
