Ordered the Black Rugged Rider 2.0 a few weeks back. Supremely excited to put it to work once it arrives.. I got it in the textured Bison, which I found more appealing. It really looks like one hell of a gorgeous jacket

Saw that on IG today yeah. Looks fantastic, especially the leather on that one piece back! Really feels like RW is cementing itself among the top leather jacket players, especially in that price bracket.

First: All hardware is very smooth and precise. There is no need to fiddle with the snaps or zippers.

Second: I took these pictures after an hour long dog walk. My dog jumped into the frame of the initial impressions photos I was taking and demanded to be taken outside. These pictures are not representative of the jacket immediately upon receipt.

Third: the Textured Black Bison leather is tough, but very comfortable. It forms grain quickly.

I'll probably do a long term review if there's interest, but as far as impressions? I'm incredibly pleased with what I got for my money.

The jacket is incredibly comfortable, by the way.

I would remove the adhesive strips that protect the buttons until delivery.
Otherwise a cool jacket. Congratulations

How about some fit pics? The hide is beautiful!

That looks great. The hide is eye-catching. Purely a personal preference, I like a different shape D pocket, more bulbous, and maybe a longer chest pocket, but that definitely is a cool jacket. Congrats.

I was checking these out, they’re having pretty big mark downs. They seem to run way oversized from what I can tell.
Did you size down on yours?
Thanks
I am normally a medium but the small fit me perfectly. Definitely go off the measurements and not the marked size.

Okay, maybe I'm missing something but the D-pocket and the Cafe racer are dead-on Aero patterns. I know Aero didn't invent these styles but I was legit convinced MrProper was wearing Aero's J106, until I realized he... Isn't. The details are essentially identical.

Wow, these jackets look phenomenal! My first dip into non mall jackets was with Fivestar, and this definitely seems like a step up! The Marling really appeals to me, did anyone order this yet? I'm wondering about the mobility. I'm considering ordering a Tailgunner from Simmons Bilt, but maybe Leilah can make something similar to my liking. I always love to support the small brands
