New Baby - Vintage Name

My wife and I welcomed our first child into the world on Feb 22. He was 6 lbs, 4 oz, 20 inches long. Everyone is doing great.

Thanks to the help of Loungers (who weighed in our choices several months ago) we are able to agree on the name of Bennett Cole Sheridan.

The first name is after Tony Bennett. My wife knew she wanted to marry me after I took her to one of his concerts. I have also met him and can't say enough nice things about him.

The Cole is after either Cole Porter or Nat Cole. Both sophisicated and talented men.

I can't wait to put his little retro pageboy cap on his head.

Fabulous thread and tremendous news on the new addition! Tony Bennett is one of my favs, too. I heard him at Wolf Trap a few years back with Diana Krall and then again later on his own. What a class act!
