Or, just simply Spaceburb

Suburban areas of housing expanded rapidly during the boom of the '50s, maybe 'urban sprawl' pushes humans out into "the final frontier" by the 2050s?
Think it fits the parameters of your theme.

Addition: June 30

If all the "S" sounding twists your tongue, drop the pluralization to make it The Spaceburb

Or, call it Spaceburbia

Maybe add a hyphen between the space and burb for clarity?
