Hi Scott!

I bought a Johnny Depp hat from you a month ago and its brim has lost its shape and has become wavy and pretty ugly.
I was wondering if there was anything I could do about this to correct it considering I spent so much on it.
I tried to find hat repair shops in the city but there are none and no tailors who deal with hats so it looks like local help was out of the question, so I now contact you.

so you wore it in a rain storm or two and it dried in a funny situation and not flat...? yes lonnie, please send it back and i'll have it reblocked and flanged for you free of charge and it'll be good as new...
