^^^^Your beautiful hats on their own hatstand, is confirmation that you can never have too many hats.
Now my missus, doesn't have that many hats, but she argues that because we have two feet, she needs twice as many shoes.

Dobbs Hanover Square in blue. Bound brim at 6,5 cm and crown 10,5 at the center dent. Not a lightweight hat at 129 grams but what a glorious hat this is. Nice hand to the felt and the colour is more outspoken blue than for example borsalino's mirtillo or Cavanagh's midnite. Now and again @Michael A wears his and I always liked the look of that one very much. In my view best worn brim up (the brim has quite a pronounced downward snap) but it works either way.

Love it. HSs are definitely majestic hats.

Mine is gray. I've had both a center dent in it and a diamond, and the CD works better for me for this particular model.

Having recently purchased two blue hats...I found I owned more blue than I thought.....so....I decided to corral them together....they got along reasonably well. Here they are all together!

Then there is on the left a modern production Selentino in a medium blue, along with a fairly recent Stetson Firenze satin finish in navy . The finish on the Firenze is awesome and the felt soft......got lucky on that one.

Then there is a early 40's Adam Executive Homburg on the left along with an early 70's Canadian Stetson with a cool three row stiched brim edge.

And now an unusual modern production Stetson Whippet in navy with a extra wide brim binding on the left (really soft felt too) along with a ?70's? Imperial Stetson Key Club in ultimate finish (suede). The felt on this one really blew me away, THIN, LIGHT AND MOLDS LIKE CLAY! Only much older vintage have I found felt this nice, and the suede finish......AND a 2 5/8 brim........WOW!

The box in the pictures came with the Key Club. Here is a side view showing the shark gill ribbon treatment.

As per usual with hat pictures, all the hats are much darker than in the pictures, except perhaps the Selentino which is closer to the color in the photos, but still darker.

There's an old thread about black fedoras that has been revived. Curious how some view black. For me, a hat is an accessory, it has to be part of a complete outfit. It doesn't matter what colour the hat is as long as it matches or contrasts whatever else is worn. I only have one black hat and it definitely gets worn regularly and I don't go to that many funerals.
But this is my blue heaven, so here's one of my summer blue outfits, worn for once, without a floral shirt.
