Did Yoko bring her walrus?Ricky's boys put on a good show.
Crazy homemade instrument!
Did Yoko bring her walrus?
I’ve seen some interviews where they do a little revisionists history on their dad’s importance to rock & roll, & put a heavy spin on the plane crash & fire that killed him. They;ve been known to whip out a "Goodbye, Mary Lou" or"Garden Party" at a show, but their set was a little short due to a technical glitch. I was really hoping for a "Garden Party," though.

The song that always comes to my mind first isI've never been a "fan" of Ricky, but he had some nice songs.

“Poor Little Fool”.
To bring it all current with the recent passing of Randy Meisner, a very young teenaged Meisner was a member of Ricky Nelson’s Stone Canyon Band at the time of Ricky’s death.
I think I’m off slightly on the timing but Meisner was a member of the band as a teenager. He was likely gone from the band before Ricky died.I had no idea!
Probably some One-hundreds in that group.Flatt, Scruggs and The Boys.
I saw that photo and one Screaming Jay Hawkins sprang to mind. As far as I can tell, Screaming Jay rarely wore hats…but he made up for it with his tusks!
Do we know what kind of hat this is that he wears?
