Buffalo Springfield is my all-time favorite band. I was too young to take in a concert when they were still together, but I bought every record I could find. I asked for and got a leather jacket with fringe for a birthday present. My kids grew up with Dad playing their songs all the time. So dedicated was I to Steve, Neil, Richie, Bruce, and Dewey, that at my son's wedding reception, he secretly told the DJ to play Bluebird as his mother and I entered.
