Sorry, it's from So Proudly We Hail. The dumb but handsome marine "Kansas" had a running gag through the film: "Oh I never..." catch cold, get sunburned, etc and he'd show up the next scene sneezing or burned, or what have you.

Of course it turned a bit sadder at the end, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone else.
