According to IMDb, actors who were in scenes with Garrett wore platform shoes to make everyone seem proportionate. :p

I actually noticed that on the actor what played Carney in a Honeymooners rehearsal scene where he went from sitting to standing... you see a very quick shot of his foot and you see what looks like a Herman Munster shoe

I've only watched a four minute clip on You Tube in which they're reenacting a scene from The Honeymooners. They were careful to have Kristen Dalton (Audrey Meadows/Alice) hidden behind the round dining table and/or frame the scene so her feet wouldn't show, but if you were specifically watching her feet a few quick shots reveal her "Herman Munster" boots. The full movie is on You Tube, so I'll have to watch it when I can find the time.

From the new Netflix series "Godless"

Interesting hat, don't think it's historically accurate styling.....
So thanks to your post I just had to check out this show. Two episodes in and I think it is a keeper. Thank you! My one nitpick is not about her makeup as they make her as plain as they can. Her wardrobe is a bit too designer for someone struggling to put food on the table. As my wife stated.."She would be, out of necessity, more likely wearing her dead husband's clothing.

Hopalong Cassidy

Sent directly from my mind to yours.
Hello Sir: i have a hat made for Hopalong that i’ll post when they let me. It’s a Valentine the Hatter from LA. Valentine made for all those boys back then, Mix,Cooper, Rogers etc. It’s not his trademark black movie hat but the white ones he wore in private life. It’s kinda cool. Maybe i can sneak it in as an Avatar? Be well Bowen

Cool! Be sure to post it in the Western thread as well. I have a Valentine hat, but it was not made for anyone famous that I know of.
