Hmm, I'm thinking Franklin D. Roosevelt wore one most often? John F. Kennedy, contrary to popular belief, wore a fedora sometimes too, but he wasn't exactly what you'd call a hat man. Lyndon B. Johnson was mostly known for wearing an Open Road, which could be considered a fedora.
