Me too.Yes. Very much indeed.
WPs never fail to keep you warm. They are also well ventilated, which means that you do not overheat. Was on my deck this afternoon smoking my cigar. Temp was 45º F. with no sun. Got chilled and put on my old Navy WP under my jacket. Stayed warm the rest of the afternoon.
That’s a great idea and Outdoor Knitwear ship to the States.Yesterday I wore my sage WP. It is sized as a large, which is a much better fit than my size 40 Navy WP from the late 70s.
Like my Navy WP, the sage is 100% new wool and made in the Mother Country. I got it several years ago from Cabela's, an outdoor outfitter here in the States.
I need to get another, and larger, Navy WP to wear under my peacoats. It's a good look for me.
Do you have a link? I did a google search with no definitive result. That’s a great idea and Outdoor Knitwear ship to the States.

Thanks. Placed the order.
I, too, have only worn a collared shirt underneath, but I think a crew neck tee would be fine.Do you think it would look alright to wear a V-neck WP with just a crew neck tee underneath, or would it look weird? I've only ever worn mine with a collared shirt underneath.
It would look fine. Send a photo if you can. What colour WP?Do you think it would look alright to wear a V-neck WP with just a crew neck tee underneath, or would it look weird? I've only ever worn mine with a collared shirt underneath.
I love it. Thank you Sir. I have been wearing them since I was a schoolboy in the late 70s and early 80s and am as huge a fan of them as ever.View attachment 479538
I’m a huge fan of the classic wooly pully. Been wearing them since the early 80’s, when LL Bean and Brigade Quartermaster still imported British-made ones.
Not able to take a pic right now but it's a black Brigade Quartermaster. It would look fine. Send a photo if you can. What colour WP?
Thank you! I think I’ll like it here.A good first post.
