Men's smoking lounge robe

Hi,

I've found a nice vintage smoking lounge robe for man . The label inside is Tulipe. Does anyone know something about this label? (year,origin, value...)
I've created a library on photobucket since i can't post attachment

You might have better luck on the men's sections of the forum, but after some Googling I have found two similar items with the same tag marked as 40's.
