Best buy him a few pints after having to give up the Ventura.yeah we can pick him up on route
Already done for you!we shall do the right thing and make up a ventura song and sing it the whole way
Fanch - have to fess up, slight mis read on the tape measure, actual back is 17". Not sure if I would change much, even though it was a sale jacket and not made for me. Possibly 1" off the back, if I'm being picky, but hey, the Kudu is no more which makes it quite a rare jacket so I'll just have to live with it
Sloan, as I recall Cooperson reported this jacket, including pictures, about three months ago. I also recall a 27.5" back on a guy about 6' tall with a long torso. Make that a very long torso. Anyhow, the pics showed what appears to be a great fit. Cooperson, if you were to make any changes, what would they be? Shorter back length? The Pioneer is at the top of my list but have been unable to make a final decision as yet.
I think that the Pioneer would fit more similar to a 50's Half Belt than a Dustbowl.
Nope it doesn't it's much neater fitting. According to Ken it's 20s influenced, i.e. think more 30s HB than 50s
