The announcer in the beginning of the clip was Leo Carrillo who happened to play Pancho in the TV series--The Cisco Kid! He was one of my favorites back in the 1950's.

There's a man who never seemed to age. Though I have a photo of him in the 60s or 70s with no hair and wrinkles!

Bing was a young guy there, but doesn't Pickford look great! She was 41 in 1934...still "America's Sweetheart"...even if her movie career was behind her.
