I was hoping I could get a little help from you ladies with my etsy shop.
I currently have just vintage doll clothing that I knit and crochet on there. I have been considering expanding into other vintage inspired items (newly made but from vintage patterns).
I have patterns for things like, hats, gloves, scarves, mittens, socks, handbags, potholders, mens necktie's, slippers and baby items.
If you could vote on the things you would most like to see available, it would be a great help to me in starting this.
Any and all feed back is appreciated!

Love this first one - lovely! See the photo I posted last night of the 50s shrug I got recently - I love that. Modern ones are harder to find with 3/4 length sleeves.

Hmmm, I can knit pixie hoods. They're quite easy. Maybe I should knit up a few and put them on etsy. I think it will have to wait until I finish the knitting for my 18th century knitting demo - I still have a pair of stockings and a Scots Bonnet to knit up for that. I wish I was a faster knitter.

Whatever you decide on knitting, it should be something that you can knit relatively easily and quickly. If you knit more time-consuming items, people never want to pay for the time that goes into knitting it.

Last winter, I knit monmouth caps for some 18th century re-enactors. After about 5 hats later, I couldn't stand knitting the hat any longer because it became so repetitive. It became a chore to finish the last of the hats. Try to vary what you knit to avoid this.

I'm reluctant to vote, I want to knock out all competition!! But shrugs are such a nice gift to receive and give,and I'm in the Christmas mood today.

I agree with all the other ladies: handbags (30's inspired and with some nice handles), hats, snoods, gloves, scarves.

Shrugs, a great suggestion too! It's very important that you chose some yummy vintage colors, like the ones ShrinkingViolet suggests.

I would die if you sold knit dresses made after 30's knitting patterns, it would be amazing, but I realize it'd be very time consuming.
