You will find...as time and the years go on...that...and very slowly....
...your bride's opinion will evolve...and yours will as well...
...sadly though...and this is sooo very sad...they will evolve in opposite directions...
...as you search the house for a spot to display your 46th hat...the same words will be heard...
...from each of you....almost magically at the same time...
...you will say..."wow...another fedora"...and she will say...adding only one more word...
..."WOOOWWW...ANOTHER F__CKING FEDORA" !!!!!! ....

My wife is an accountant, I'm screwed! She has already set up a "line item" in her monitoring of my spending for Hats. "You can't possibly collect one of every type of hat..." I have to be creative.

another time I sold a hat and made her car payment

And we used to use old egg cartons to get the practice room to sound better...
