Luftwaffe winter jackets

I recently bought a LW sheepskin jacket from a member here. This set me thinking what are then specifications for this jacket ?
I know there are some well informed members, so please enlighten me .

I was referring to sheepskin Kanal jackets. Like this one -

Those appeared fairly late war, didn't they? I wonder whether captured Irvins / B3s had an influence on the design.... I think I can see echoes of both?
