The article on the storage disintegration of objects is perplexing. It's a matter of $$, time, and space. What do you keep? What do you restore? What do you do with it when you're done? In any memorabilia fan base each is sincere in their belief that "their" items' agenda be met.
As a fan of old cars and aircraft I can see the huge amout of money needed to bring back one of those. But it isn't fair to not sweat the samll stuff decaying in warehouses either.
