Went to Eastman Leathers a week ago, fantastic showroom with row on row of jacket porn. Gary’s A-2 collection encased in glass and taking up a wall. Nice coffee and biscuits, tried on the new fly weight Irvin..lovely! Placed an A-2 RW order. Well worth making an appointment and visiting, great pieces in their ELMC biker collection too…

I wanna go even more now ! Would any Fedora Loungers be up for a day trip from London ?

There is no ‘Pop Up’ this year so all the more reason to visit ELC in Devon. Lots of great English Pubs around for sustenance & recovery from orders placed at Eastmans.

Ok guys, looking at the dates, Saturday 23rd seems like a good date to have the meetup. How does that work for you?

So just as a quick update, the 23rd of April is fixed for the meetup.

We will tentatively start with a visit at Lewis leather like the first time and go for a long walk to visit shops in the West End.

I also need to know who would like to go for dinner afterwards. We will have to book somehting in advance.

And this time we need more pics!

I don't eat out much in London, thans for the suggestion! It is very fitting from what I can see

Forgot to mention, it is also obviously a good opportunity to check jackets in th flesh. So anybody who wants to see a specific jacket let each of us know

So the meetup is in three weeks from now.

We will be tentatively starting with Lewis Leather, then:

- Rivet & Hide
- RMC
- American Classics
- And other places I am missing from the top of my head, please add to the list so we can set the itinerary

I also need to know if there is enough interest in going to the ELC workshop, they would need as much notice as possible I suspect, I have not contacted them yet.

And who wants to go for dinner? Smith & Wollensky as suggested by @GHT is a solid option, and I need to know how numerous we will be to ask them if they can accomodate us.

Maybe worth starting with the Classic car boot sale @ Kings Cross ?

I did mention a potential FL visit to ELC when I spoke to them recently, would of course need to give them adequate notice and agree a date. Speaking to Rob again this week so I’ll ask how it would work best.

Yes, we could meet there at 10:00, need to get the tickets in advance though.
