Hi All, Need to let go of a couple items to pay for medical expenses for my family member. Prices listed below but also negotiable.

For Reference, I am 6' 3" and 215lbs.

Vanson x Butterscotch x LFNYC Aloha Commando 5.0 - $750 Specs include:

• Black Vanson Signature X150 Waxed Cowhide Leather 1.5mm
• Deadstock Haiwaiian Print Lining sourced by LFNYC
• Heavy gauge gauge zippers
• Two way zip
• Bi-swing back for extra arm movement
• Tagged size M, but fit is oversized, so fits like L

Meausrements:
Chest: 46.5" FL: 23.75" BL: 27" Sleeve: 26.5" Shoulder: 20."

Next up is another Vanson. This is the Commando 'S' - $650 Specs include:

• Black SoftCowhide Leather 1.1mm
• Red Satin lining
• Heavy Brass gauge gauge zippers
• Two way zip
• Bi-swing back for extra arm movement
• Tagged size M, but fit is oversized, so fits like L

Meausrements: Chest: 46.5" FL: 23.75" BL: 27" Sleeve: 26.5" Shoulder: 20."


Last Up is the Golden Bear x Butterscotch Anderson Cafe 2.0 - $650 Specs include:

• Cherry Wine Burgundy Cowhide 1.3mm
• Charcoal Satin Lining
• Heavy Brass gauge gauge zippers
• Two way zip
• Bi-swing back for extra arm movement
• Fit is slim like a True Cafe, Tagged size L

Meausrements: Chest: 42" FL: 25" BL: 25" Sleeve: 27" Shoulder: 18.25"

Hey Andrew - really tough to gauge sizing on the Commandos - the PTP seems to suggest a 42 (or slim fit 44).

Do you know the sweep/waist width by any chance (presume both are the same in terms of sizing)?

Thanks Andrew - the sizing on the commando is so strange - it’s much more of a pronounced V than most Vanson fits. The sweep looks to be just a bit less than my flat head delraiser (.5 of an inch maybe from measuring mine now) - and that’s on the edge of being too tight for me. A L in the commando would likely swim on me in the chest and shoulders too…

Good luck with the sale - those commando jackets have been on my radar for ages, but I don’t think the taper works for me on a M.

I had the first version and it was gorgeous, but the hem was so narrow, had to sell.
I even had the kidney panel plastic removed.

It was a M and fit a L/42 perfect in the chest and shoulder.

I think these newer versions made the hem a bit wider?

Yes you are correct, they widened up the hem on the newer versions of the jackets. The Aloha 5.0 and the 'S' are the most recent versions of the commando collab and have that widened hem as shown

Butterscotch widened the hems. OG LF Commandos have the pronounced taper.

Beautiful jackets. GLWS. The X-150 has me thinking real hard but I’m likely too short.

Such a great decision because the design is perfect, just needed a bit less taper
