Labour Union 1930s 40s wool jacket with back buckles and talon zippers

Hey guys I bought this last year from London. It’s oddly marked an xl but the measurements tell the truth that it measures a medium. It’s all wool with leather trim.I paid almost $300 with shipping. It’s only been worn twice and Im asking $225 f&f shipped within the US. It measures approximately :
17 inches shoulders
21 1/2 inches chest
20 inches sweep
24 1/2 inches arms
24 inches body length
