just my opinion if something is minimalist in detail then what little detail it has need to be outstanding so those handwarmers really need to look perfect, perfectly positioned, perfectly angled, with perfect looking pocket welt, and the jacket decidedly minimalist in details then it must mean the focus should be in their material and silhouette, I think this one misses all the points.

the jacket is named Style King... it got to live up to its name... had it named Salary Kun, that blends and not outstyling his boss and senpais at company semi casual business event, I totally can understand.:D

It was a close call between Ship John and RMC but RMC did it; The ugliest leather jacket ever made.

I cannot get enough of this thing. Each time a photo pops up, I am amazed and intrigued again and again how someone could've come up with this. It's an achievement. Of some sort.

This is what separates professionals from amateurs. Ship John would call it a day with the pattern but not RMC, no. They took things further with that printed hide and really hit it out of the ballpark. Should've called it Naked King, though, instead of a Style King.

Wouldn't be my first choice either... To say the least.

That really takes some doing to completely remove the very essence of what makes a leather jacket. I struggle to think of how they could actually make it any worse….its not even that it is outlandish like some of the others in this thread, but the total lack of any style, character, savoir-faire etc. Its the cold porridge of the jacket world…
