Marketers from Aero definitely work well.
To earn some more extra cash on something - why not, that's not a question for those specialists!
On what idea? Hmmm... Let's think about that... hmmm... Let's think once again... hmmm... Eureka! Hangers!!
But not just hangers, it should be... Special Hangers! from Aero!!
Here you go. Enjoy!
And never ever use the previous hangers which all of you used before!
Why not?
'Cause the previous ones are wrong! Absolutely totally wrong! They might make "creases"!
LoL))

As Carlos says - I find jackets develop creases like we've seen here just by being worn. I need to order a replacement set of sloping shoulders. I personally don't give a shit about creases. If I did, I would swap my leathers for a North Face piece of polyester.

Unless all of us, Gerard included, use the wrong hangers...

He has the wrong shoulder shape for the jacket, he needs aero shoulder pads

Does anyone handy with woodworking plan to buy one, and then fabricate a bunch of them cheaply using suitable materials? For £10 it seems rather much. I'd consider buying them at closer to £4. I'd need at least 30.

I am confused.

So it is ok to buy numerous high end jackets for prices ranging up to 2000 € per jacket, but if you buy wooden hangers specially made for those jackets you become victim of marketing who spends unnecessary amounts for something that could be substituted with cheaper alternatives.

I will give the hangers a second thought. First I'll try the pool noodle trick. If they were half price I wouldn't even think about it.
On the other hand I have seen hangers selling for 30$. And I always spend the extra money for cedar shoe trees for any pair that costs more than 300e, so 10 pounds for a jacket of 900e (or even more expensive) does not sound that much.

Well, i received the hangers, and have to say i am less than impressed.
IMO there is no way they are better than regular hangers, if anything they hold the jacket in a much more unnatural way.

Here are pictures:

Bootlegger with Aero hanger, note the droopy shoulders and the mess it makes of the back!

Things are worst with a non Aero jacket, here is my Chevalier with regular hanger:

And Aero hanger, i would be scared to leave this jacket on this hanger for any length of time, just look at the back!:

Going to try more jackets, but pretty sure these are all going back to Aero on Monday morning.

IMO not enough surface area to fill in the jacket so that it hangs as if worn.

Please do not post anymore pics of that Himel. It makes my heart hurt man. What a jacket.

I just spent 30 minutes trying each and every one of my jackets on a regular and then on an Aero hanger and they all "look" worst on the Aero hanger than on a regular one.
Yes the creases than @Dav pointed out are reduced by the Aero hanger, but it clearly adds different strain areas on other places. No point taking care of one frontal crease, to then add shoulder deformations and back creases!
IMO this is a case of trying to fix something that isn't broken and making it worst, or at least not making it better.
I will be sending back all 15 hangers on Monday.

Yeah, the obvious pointy protrusion in the shoulder would scare me. Try the pipe insulation, particularly like I do it with two or three layers of 1/2" thick insulation wrapped around the end. I think you will be pleased with it. Cheaper than buying 20 or so mannequins.

Carlos, don't be upset - I think you might send those "special" hangers back at any time.
Not surprised at all - there's a usual result of marketing specialists' "work" above. Even if those specialists are from Aero - they're still just marketing specialists... That's it.
P.S. To use strange "special" hangers instead of good wide wooden hangers (which people in US and all over the world have been using for ages) - just to avoid creases on leather surface?
Guys, are you serious??
Avoid creases? On the leather?!
What a shame))
