Let's see if we can get this across the finish line today. Been through all the ones with a distinct individual name or the ones with Cappelli, Cappellificio or Cappelleria in the name. WHat is left I found searching through the placenames of the well known hat manufacturing centers.

There still is a Cappelleria Vimercati around, but their website states they go back to 1953, so probably not the same family.
