I was at a dim sum in Chinatown, NYC, years ago and was served sausages I'm almost positive were made of kitty cat.

Way back in the '40s my Dad said he was in Honolulu's Chinatown and he had to used the restroom so he had to walk to alley and there were cats in cages.
