Years ago, a buddy and I had Thanksgiving dinner at the Ritz Carleton where they served not only turkey, but ham and some other delicious meats. When we got back to his place, his vegan roommates were there and after we boasted of the feast we just had, one of them said, "Gross. Did you guys eat anything that didn't have a face?"

I said, "Well, actually, nothing had a face. They removed them before we got there."
