Interesting haloween vintage story

"Blinking road sign" ? Do I know you? You wouldn't happen to have been riding around on the back roads of Burke County about 1971 would you? There was a very interesting "blinking road sign" story from my misspent youth.

Nope a little before my time.
This alleged "blinking road sign" ended up wedged into the front door of a former friend----of the female type---twice. You couldn't get the door open as such. I am sure the grownups in that house were thrilled when trying to get out th edoor in the morning.
