I've been searching all night and morning and I hope this fits the bill. How about Joan Leslie!? with the angle of your face and no smile, it was a little difficult. The other pic I had chosen for you was of Alice Faye but this one was much closer.

ok prettyfayth (Lucy?) My eyeballs are burning in their sockets, I've looked though the entire docmacro website and still I think the best match is the one I've already posted. I really hope you like your match. I do see lots of similarities,especially in the down-turned mouth corners and shape of the eyes and brows and the shape of the face. The only difference I can see is the nose really.
