My essay, and more pictures, are in the New Hats thread.
One word summation here, though - outfockingstanding!
I was expecting a lot, and the finished hat exceeds expectations. The liner looks great, and the softness of the sweatband shines through. The colors and shape look wonderful. I’m happy to hear that Mikael was responsive and made you the hat that you wanted. I’m considering getting back in queue.
A year ago the queue for a Hufvud was 2-3 weeks. Mikael just let me know the current queue is 2-3 months. I don’t like the added wait, but it’s obvious that he’s finding success. Three months should be the start of felt weather too....
I am planning to order a RAGNAR from Hufvud right now. I already contact Mikael for the details.
Off course, but that will take 30 till 60 days hahaWhen you receive it, please post some photos of it on your head. It's much easier to gauge what a hat actually looks like when it's on a head, and not a bench or table.

My record is 13 months for a Black sheep and the same for a Leon DrexlerI've waited 8 to 9 months for a custom. If you know that going in, and want it bad enough, you deal with it.
