How responsive are all repro makers

just wanted to ask what is your experience with all repro makers, when you need support for a broken zip, for torn knits, for a nip in your leather etc...
My humble experience...GOOD WEAR John Chappy...the best...followed by AERO LEATHER CO... and HIGH ACES ...and then other Irvin or A-2 makers.....empty....nada... nothing...nix null... ask for knits spares or zips replacement...etc...excuses or highest possibles pricings and delivery times...but not reactive at all.
How about your experience..?

Very good experiences with John (Good Wear) and I have been well served by Eastman (supply spare buttons, leather and collar knit for an A-1). Bill Kelso also very helpful indeed.

Aero responds pretty quick. I always got a response within 12 hrs

Eastman's very quick! Ended up needing my A2 re-lined & replacement knits (after several years of very heavy wear). Also when a zip broke on a jacket I'd purchased from them. More than happy with their service level from personal experiences.
