Holy moly the stretch actually worked! I still maintain that a discrepancy of over an inch is unacceptable but if the sleeves can manage to stay close to this long I’ll be happy. I have weirdly long arms which really helps me in sparring but is a real pet peeve with jacket sleeve length.

Maybe the sleeves were just cold, you know?

Alls well that ends well. I feel like I hit the jacketpot! So to speak.

Make sure to keep tension on the sleeves while they're drying. Either but stuffing them with towels or by hanging weights on them like @torfjord did.

I should think a bit of patience and Aero would have resolved the issue, though I’m not sure they would do anything at all as the tolerance seems to be hit, or very close to it.

My experience with Aero is beyond any doubt. They always endeavour to make sure you are happy with your jacket. Mistakes happen and you can recognise a good company by how they deal with their mistakes. And Aero is absolutely top in this respect. At least in my experience. I would always order from them again without hesitation because I have every confidence that even difficult situations will be resolved.

I've purchased only used Aeros, but it's nice to see they have good service when/if things go wrong.

I did it the way aero told me to. holding the cuff in each hand and stretching my arms forward. the leather is not very thick but it is stiff and it molds immediately and takes a shape right away. I was shocked and very pleased, but I am worried that the leather will contract again. If it does, I will try more extreme measures: water and weight. I'd rather not have to.

Thank you Biff. I find out results of a major exam that I studied for for a long time so I can be licensed to practice my profession in the state I live in so I would say I'm on edge and wanted to get the advice of experienced and friendly members about my jacket. Nothing more, nothing less. Sorry if that upset some people here.
