I think it's a Beck, not sure what the actual connection between these two brands was though. Check out this old deadstock Beck. It matches the jacket to a T. Tag label at the neck, stars on epaulets, and belt placement (but this other jacket has had the stars, belt, and tag removed).
Dimensions of the tag would indicate Beck in this case so you're probably right but in any case, it was Schott that produced jackets for Beck at some point, hence the resemblance. Snap on belt-loops with a removable belt vs fixed half-belt was the only major difference between the two.
Without the belt-loops, the jacket MojoStick posted looks virtually identical to the 1960's Schott Perfecto.
