How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Before he was Norshor, I think Mark - who used to post here as Fishmoek - was for a while 'Superior Flight Togs' or something similar? Somewhere I have what is possibly the first jacket he sold into the wild. It was patterned after one in a photo of Spanish Civil War partisans fighting the fascists, basically an A1 style but with a zip up front. Very nice jacket, though I'll have to sell it at some point because I've outgrown it and don't think I'll get down to size again; it was always a neat fit on me. (No mistake in the measurements; it was picked up as a stock offering and I was still in my phase of wearing 'em a bit too tight.)

Ok, no jacket, but a couple of belts from Obbi Good Label.

That was really fast.
Ordered the day before yesterday at Ironheart UK, processed yesterday, delivered today.
And the best... despite Brexit no customs clearance, handling costs or anything else, because everything was already included in the price.
That's how I like it. Top.

Two long-sought-after pieces finally on their way to supplement my rack:

-Lewis Flying Dominator, L
-Freewheelers Brakeman, 44

I also have a Lewis Corsair in production.

The first two should be with me this week, the Corsair takes a bit longer. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly.

Scheduled to arrive tomorrow…

Arrived, first impressions are nice.
Taking a fast look around all things appear to be in place and well fixed.
Sized XXL the fit, most important, is to my liking. Back and sleeve length are OK, get my shoulders, belly and arms (greatest concern) stowed comfortably enough. Only thing I immediately removed has been the acrylic hare, too uncomfortable when jacket is closed. Over all enough room to move comfortably, though of course no Pilates dress.
Would probably not have bought it at regular price tag but at sales price it appears to be OK after first impressions.
So over all I think I’ll keep it.

Cheers

So I’m seriously considering (carefully) ripping the cupro out of my new suede DH. It's suede HH and much of the remains will be concealed, that which will still show will hopefully develop into a low profile fringe feature :)
If over time the seam integrity is compromised no loss, I'll either send it out to have it repaired or properly lined with cotton.
Prove me wrong.

What's a Pilates dress? Something pretty stretchy I'll warrant.

Yes, that way.

Compared to my FQHH Aero and a goat skin Luftwaffe flight jacket I owned decades ago I would estimate the Schott cow to stand remarkably closer to the goat than the hack.

This just arrived. Amazingly soft, pebbly sheepskin with a lot of character already.

The fit is a tad on the snug side when zipped up but still wearable, esp. with a thinner layer underneath. I'll try to shoot some fit pics some day for you to judge.

That looks awesome! Fit pix eagerly awaited!

Done and done ‘er.
Fits better, way less sweaty, and a little lighter - what’s not to like?
Well, it did expose some less than stellar stitching, but I don’t think it’s structural.
