How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Thank you, I was afraid last week when they put on the sleeve, since I haven't tried on the jacket even once with the sleeve on since the lapel have not been sewn I'm afraid trying it on would crease up the parts and make it even more difficult to work on and it looks smaller than the fabrics mock up I tried a month before since the leather is pretty thick 1.5-1.6mm, and yesterday I can't bend my elbow pass 45 or 60 degree, thank god it loosen up, but it would be a "long wait" until the shop is open again on 8th of June to finalize last details  so hard when it is almost finish like that:D
That is just super cool. Congratulations on this project!

Drove there again today when I went out to buy lunch, cant make it before the long holiday break, but i tried it on again, a bit softer today and i can obviously ride in it, from various hand position the sleeve doesnt ride up and perfectly seals, i get right decission on having this one end right at the wrist, any longer and my wrist wont be able to move. I love how the upper sleeve already almost drapes

I love the long sleeve zips. Always thought that looked cool. The shape of the D pocket too.

thanks buddy, yeah I really want longer zips and exposed too, so in time it will look contrasting in color as the leather darkens. it doesn't have internal pockets at all so I have to use that D pocket for my phone, really want to fully utilize the pockets on this one so I hope it will shape following the stuff I put inside overtime..

I’ve found that I prefer no interior pockets or maybe just one. I much prefer how a jacket looks and feels without them. I rarely use them anyways. My earlier builds were loaded with them. Live and learn.

That looks great, probably my favourite of the three (four?) you have designed.
How does it close thought? The angles of the cross zip look like a zipper would not work?

Original 40’s?-50’s? Windward. I’ve tried several repros/interpretations of this design from Vanson, the Gambler/Arrow and Raid. I always wanted an original. I put the fit probability at 89.576% given the measurements. The funny thing is that I’m not overly concerned about the fit. I just want to experience this jacket. It’s loaded with French seams and the little details, like the false button cuffs look so cool. With any luck it should be here early next week.

Thanks Carlos. it won't be zipper
it would be twist locks (this jacket would be my 6th of my own doodles).
my blue jacket was planned to have em, but when I posted the idea here some reactions I got was in the line of "it would be weird" so I went with snaps and totally forgot about the twistlock idea until appox a year later someone posted this picture

This is quite a find!
You may want the sleeves tapered a bit by your “jacket tailor”. ;)

since my other jackets are either pocketless or with "decorative" chest pockets, internal pockets is all I got, not very practical in cross jacket so I skip it

would be my post corona, post solar minimum jacket ride for sure.

apparently exactly those twistlocks that makes me wait until the 8th of June at the earliest despite the rest of the jacket is already finished only need trimming of the facing, the guy who cut the leather apparently doesn't dare to install hardware, the lady who sew also not, there is another guy who usually they ask to do this kind of thing, he took early holiday:eek: he was not there since yesterday, and today was their last business day before 2 weeks long muslim holiday:(.
