I have no idea what came over me. I already own a goatskin Langlitz with removable fur collar, which Ive owned for decades. I just happened to look on eBay for a bare bones, cowhide Columbia in my size, and shazam! This one appeared. Buy It Now at $549. Coming next week. Shit.

Guess what? I have actually felt that exact jacket in store. I was wondering where the ad disappeared to; it had been sitting for a good while on etsy! You're in for a treat; the horsehide is a tier above anything else in that category.

Feel, and it's put together really well. I think the horse was thick, by feel. Didn't get to try it on. The quality however was apparent next to the other jackets on the rack. In very nice condition too. You scored. I wanted to get it but glad you did.

Look at the belt loops, that's typically how you can quickly tell how impressive the leather is. No question, this is great jacket. I have more than a few Cals and feel confident you will like this one.
