What's this please proteiny? It looks teasingly phenomenal, and I'm a sucker for buttons.I'm not quite sure how it happened but this is now on its way to me...
I rather like the HH one ELCMC that Gav purchased
My girlfriend got me a Rin Tanaka motorcycle book for my bday and the jacket quest just exploded again, full swing....

I just ordered the Cockpit Wasp A-2 for my girlfriend (a belated Valentine's Day present!). This will be her first good leather jacket and I can't wait for it to arrive.
The Un-boxing. Well, actually the re-take of the original. Can you believe I did a re-take? I'll post some more shots of these guys. They are Worthy.

Careful she doesn't get the 'jacket bug' too! Your wallet won't thank you $$$$$$$$$$$
Looking forward to your see your jacket. Show lots of pictures. I've got a side zip Timberline in goat, I'm thinking of adding padded to shoulders and elbows. This will be my last one for a good long while. The wife told me so, so I know it to be true.
I stopped in Langlitz on my way thru Portland yesterday and got myself measured and put in an order for a custom.
I went with a Timberline in med weight black cowhide with black stitching and medium fit (allowing for a t-shirt and sweatshirt) with padded shoulders and elbows, straight zipper, cossack collar, two chest pockets, a bicep pocket an interior wallet pocket, and straight yoke.
Bennie advised that the wait time is about 3 months, so this puts the due date out somewhere around mid-July. Now I just need to forget about it.
It'll be very similar to this, except for brass hardware and straight yoke.
