How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Looks quite a bit nicer that what I saw on Aero's FB page...quite a bit indeed.
Yeah looks real good. Vicenza seemed pretty matte on my type iii. This is probably similar weight and more oily or shiny finish. I asked about black they said nope.

Insomnia and eBay don’t mix too well. Or do they? Snagged this oddball for cheap. Looks cool. Collar could use a little more cowbell but the cut looks good. We'll see!

Wow! Love the details on this one. Shoulders and sleeves more than make up for the weak collar :) Saw a black Oakbrook with the same shoulder details when I was in London. Still regret not picking it up.

I like it. Any idea the decade or maker?
I’m thinking 70’s based on the teardrop Talons on the handwarmers. There was a small leather tag attached and stamped that says either limbo, bimbo, Timbo or jimbo. Couldn’t quite make it out in the pics. Will report findings when it arrives!

After crying on about them for ages, I bashed myself a Carhartt Sheffield jacket today. Pics when it arrives, but I'm delighted! It's also the actual first thing I've bought in all the time I've been laid up at home, mending. So we'll done me.

What happened to you? How are you recovering?

Thank for asking! Pretty good, actually.

It'll be three weeks this Wednesday since the off and I'm still getting better at home, but making really good progress I think. I stopped taking any pain medication three days ago and I'm slowly trying to encourage more and more movement in the arm. It's still in a sling most of the time to allow it to rest, and it's surprising how weak it still is if I try to lift or carry anything - even something as feeble as a glass of water.

But that will all be fine eventually. Two and a half weeks ago the collar bone was thoroughly shattered, so I'm happy with progress so far.

And the six broken ribs don't even feature on my awkward scale any longer.

Edit: sorry! I've just realised what else you asked. I got knocked off my motorcycle by an SUV. I got a broken collar bone, six broken ribs and a punctured lung, that conspired to hospitalise me for four days.

Really sorry to hear about this accident but glad to hear that you seem to be recovering well and in good spirits!

Regarding your your arm, it would normally be this weak after 3 weeks in a sling... but it should recover pretty quickly once you start the physio exercises.

Too many drivers not paying attention on the road these days unfortunately... Hoping that your recovery keeps going well!

You certainly deserve a new jacket :D

Sorry to hear that, glad you're ok. How did your bike and your blue Richa do?

That's terrible! I hope you will make a speedy recovery!
